My Story

I am thrilled to announce that I'll be participating in the upcoming Vitality 10k event, and I'm running to support the incredible work of the Jigsaw Trust. The Jigsaw Trust is dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of autistic children and adults. They provide vital support and resources to help individuals with autism achieve their full potential.

This event is not just a race; it's a pivotal step in my journey to the London Marathon 2024. Participating in the Vitality 10k is the perfect way to kickstart my training and build momentum towards running 26.2 miles in April.

Running for charity is about more than just personal achievements. It's about giving back to our community and making a positive impact. By joining hands with the Jigsaw Trust, we can collectively help autistic individuals become more independent and successful.

It's a privilege to be running in support of Jigsaw Trust, at the Vitality London 10K marathon. I'd urge my network to participate and contribute in whatever capacity they can- no help is too small.

We have a responsibility towards bettering each other's lives, and this is the philosophy Jigsaw works with. They provide vocational and well-being support for autistic individuals and their families, but noble work often comes at a cost.
