we are delighted to be taking part in the 2023 Vitality London 10k, dedicating our efforts to raising funds for Renew Counselling and Training.

Mental health support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Renew holds a special place in our heart because it provides vital counselling services to those who may otherwise go without the help they desperately need. They also do important work in training future counsellors so that even more people can be supported in the future.
